TRAACS – Support Incident Tracking (“SiT”): SiT is an online browser-based application for tracking and managing reported customer incidents. The SiT system contains Service Level Agreements (“SLA”), customer contact information, incident related files, incident logs, and all communications made between Nucore and the customer during resolution. All incidents reported are verified as being valid under the customer’s SLA prior to resolution. We also provide live chat technical support based on our customers region based timings .
