TRAACS-ERP for Mid – Back office system for Almosafer.com
Implemented a complete Back Office system with online integration with their Hotel B2B platform since 2015.
A Web version of TRAACS ERP was implemented for managing their entire back office and financial accounting activities. The customer needs were mapped to TRAACS ERP functionalities. The hotel voucher capturing was implemented using the API’s provided by the B2B platform.
The integration module will fetch any new hotel vouchers issued in the portal to retrieve and populate to TRAACS-ERP after required validations and controls.
Once the vouchers are captured in TRAACS-ERP, automatic invoicing happens inside TRAACS and if configured with proper email credentials for the respective customer, the invoice copy will be emailed to customer instantly.
